Mute Report is a black hole.
It vacuumed sound and matter into nothingness and altered their forms. Fledgling pulses of life indicate future growth but a vagueness of form suggests permanent uncertainty. Mute Report hangs in the balance between devolution and development.
Harriet Hawksworth is a Wellington based multi-media artist who first came on the scene with their zine, Totally Wired. Though having a background in print and ink drawing, their recent work has been centred around creating more abstract and immersive experiences through sculpture, video and sound.
